ISO9000Simplified.com and/or by purchasing any of our
products, you agree to accept, without limitation or
qualification, all of these Terms and Conditions.

immediately, and do not make a purchase.

sale (collectively the “Products”) and information on ISO
9000 and business management. The Website, Products and
information are owned by All Solutions Inc. All Solutions Inc and its
affiliates are collectively referred to as "we" or "us".
Access to and use of the Website and the Products is subject
to any specific terms and conditions set forth on the
individual pages within the Website and these Terms and
Conditions (collectively, the "Terms"), and all applicable
laws and regulations, including laws and regulations
governing copyright and trademark. We reserve the right at
any time to change any of the Terms contained herein or any
information contained in the Website without prior notice.

Website and/or on this screen. By using the Website, you

Prices
All our prices are in US Dollars, and you will be charged in
US Dollars. For your convenience, we also display prices in
numerous other currencies in parenthesis; the conversion is
performed using the most recent exchange rate.
However, all currencies shown other than US Dollars are for
information only; your credit card issuing bank may use a
different exchange rate and add conversion fees which could
result in an actual cost to you that is different from the
amount displayed on our website.
Product Delivery Options
The Products are available for download only – which is the
fastest delivery method! Immediately after your purchase,
you will receive an email with the download instructions.
You may choose to burn one CD-ROM as permanent backup. If
you have difficulties downloading or opening a file, please

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
In addition, we accept payments by electronic check (US
checking accounts only).
Product Copyright and Use
All Products are copyrighted materials which are protected
under US and international copyright laws. By purchasing a
Product from our website you are granted a non-exclusive
limited license to use the Products in accordance with these
Terms:
a) Limited Usage:
You may use each individual Product, modified or unmodified,
at a single company only, belonging to either you or your
client. You have to purchase the same Product once more in
order to use it at another company or for another client.
b) Modifications:
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to
our Products to fit your purposes.
c) Unauthorized Use:
You may not place any of our Products, modified or
unmodified, on a diskette, CD, file server, website or any
other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of
any kind without prior written consent from All Solutions
Inc. It is your responsibility to safeguard the modified and
unmodified Products you purchased from us and prevent their
unauthorized use.
d) Assignability:
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to
anyone else without prior written consent from All Solutions
Inc.
e) Ownership:
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any
of our Products, modified or unmodified. All products are
property of All Solutions Inc.
Return Policy
Similar to the return policies on software and other digital
media of most retail stores, we generally do not accept
returns or offer refunds. It is your responsibility to
satisfy yourself that our Products meet your needs BEFORE
making your purchase. Since the Products we are selling are
digital media and of irrevocable nature, we do not issue
refunds after a Product or valid Product download
information has been displayed to you or has been sent to a valid email address, as
provided by you, by our email server. You may only be
eligible for a refund in the case that the download
instructions we provided to you by display or email were
invalid and prevented you from download. To request a refund, you must
contact

within 7 days of purchase; no refunds are allowed after 7
days of purchase.

Guarantees or Warranty
Your use of the Website and/or the Products is at your own
risk. The Website contains information, facts and opinions
from various individuals and organizations. The Website is
provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind,
either express or implied, including but not limited to
warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability

you agree to hold harmless All Solutions Inc and its
