Conditions:
- You must
have a unique and professionally appearing website that
is targeted towards businesses, quality professionals
and organizations.

Descriptions of our products on your website must be
adequate and correct. Feel free to use the images and
product descriptions provided on our website. However,
you may only copy limited product descriptions; you are
not permitted to copy other content from our website!
Your website must have its own identity.
- Your
website must not promote products or provide information
that we deem incompatible to our products (for example,
pornographic or otherwise indecent).
- You must
not promote our products directly or indirectly through
unsolicited mass emails.
How it works:
Once you are
approved as our affiliate, we will provide you with access
to your own affiliate control panel. At the affiliate
control panel, you can create specially coded hyperlinks to
our products. You will have to paste these hyperlinks
into your website to refer your visitors to our website.
We will then be tracking all visitors that enter our website
through one of your affiliate hyperlinks. If the
visitor makes a purchase within 15 days of entering our
website through your affiliate hyperlink, we credit your
account with 20% commission of the sales amount.
Additional Terms:
- We pay out
commission every quarter through PayPal. Minimum commission
payment is USD $250; if your accumulated commissions add up
to less than USD $250, your accumulated commissions will be
rolled over to the next quarter until USD $250 is reached.
- We
reserve the right to terminate or alter the Affiliate
Program at any time and for any reason.
- We
reserve the right to terminate any affiliate at any time
and for any reason. Specifically, we periodically review
our affiliates and we will immediately terminate any
affiliate that violates our terms and conditions set
forth above.
- In the
event that this program is terminated or that an
affiliate is terminated by us, we will pay all properly
earned commissions within one quarter year unless the
affiliate was terminated for violation of our terms and
conditions, in which case we will only pay commissions
earned up to the time of violation of our terms and
conditions (for example, there would be no commission
payments for any purchases subsequent to unsolicited
mass emails from you).
