Working in the transportation industry, Mr. Hanzl achieved ISO 9000 certification for twenty offices and production facilities in the USA, Europe and Central America.

Born and raised in Munich, Germany, Mr. Hanzl has been living in the USA since 1996. After graduating from Ludwigs Maximilian's University in Munich, Germany, with a bachelor degree in Economics, Mr. Hanzl spent one year in Japan to study Japanese business practices and the Japanese language. In 1996, Mr. Hanzl moved to the USA where he received is Masters Degree (MBA) in International Business from Dominican University with a grade point average of 4.0. Already one year prior to his graduation, Mr. Hanzl was hired by a mid-size transportation company and tasked with the implementation of an ISO 9000 quality management system. The rest is history.
